Return Policy
We do have an approval policy, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.
At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.
We have selected our merchandise with great care and made every effort to describe it thoroughly.
If you find that you are dissatisfied with any instrument purchased from Forge Sound, it may be returned — in unused condition — for exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
Please ship all items well-packed and insured. We cannot allow credit for items damaged in shipping
due to improper packing. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, please notify us immediately.
Do not return any damaged item without prior authorization. The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.

immediately. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are subject to inspection once we receive the item.
Again, you must contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item.
Items returned after 7 days without prior contact will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
